Violence
among teenagers is a very talked topic which
worries some people, specially adults who
say that this violence increases when more violence is shown in television.
From my
point of view, teenagers are more exposed to violence and to be violent but I do
not think that television is the main cause of it. However, it is true that if less violence was showed in television, teenagers
wouldn’t be as violent as they are.
Personally, we should know how to
distinguish the rational causes of violence and the exaggerated ones.One
rational cause would be the excess of violence in videogames, which most of teenagers play, and one
exaggerated would be the violence in
TV.
In
conclusion I don’t think that the main problem about violence comes from TV but
I think that if we reduce the boosts of violence in our society, teenagers and
people in general would be less aggressive and violent.
