How are you? I hope you have had a good high school year. You must have a lot of things to tell me.

Answering your question, I think you should go to see your brother in Australia for a few weeks and spend this time together. I think family is more important than your favorite activity and also you can do this job once he is back from his experience in Australia.

I think that if you go to visit him, you will also be able to know better the country and discover new things from there. From my point of view is a better idea.
