I’m Paula, I’m 16 and last year I had the opportunity of spending one year in the US.
During that period, I stayed with an amazing host family which was the perfect fit for me. I had a host sister my age who actually looked pretty similar to me. We are both brunettes with brown eyes, the only different thing we have is the height since I’m way shorter than her.
Personality wise, we are opposites. I can seem very introvert and quiet at first, but once you get to know me, I’m a really open person who gets on with everybody. I also consider myself brave because I always stick up for what I believe in and I’m not afraid of trying new things.
This personality of mine is what made me able to live in an unknown country by myself, and, thanks to that, I now have two families to rely on and look up to.
